The Schoolhouse tried to add some new, live blood with the addition of Student and Warrior's earthworm habitats, but this life addition was short-lived.
On the other hand, the presentation of Mr. Brandon and his 2000 red worm wrigglers brought much excitement to the Schoolhouse! And he assured the pupils that if their first worms didn't make it, he'd kindly replenish their supply with living ones.
For now, Warrior spends time with the living chickens. What is left of them, we mean.
2 down, and 2 to go!
There's time taken for the blue classroom, praying for Afghanistan this week as reading always seems to happen EVERYWHERE for Student. As she began Heidi this week, her list of classics-read is continuing to grow!
In addition to reading, Student is avidly working her brain to finish her review in Mathematics, penpal letters, health and dictation.
Warrior, finished his mathematics review, reading, grammar, and geography vocab only motivated by puzzle time! Papa D visited and assisted in it's tedious 750 piece connacting...to be continued.
Titus 3:3-7
At one time
we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of
passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and
hating one another. 4 But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, 5 he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
